About the Role

The Client Development Specialist would fufill multi-faceted tasks working directly with the President/Founder - Steven Le Vine, CEO/Co-Founder - Garrett McClure.
This is a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that evolves along with the needs of our clients and growth of the company.
We are seeking entrepreneurial, creative and solution-oriented professionals. You will working directly with clients, prospects and other service providers across various projects and tasks.



  • Partner with Steven & Garrett on biz development including coordinating calls, preparing discovery documents/client proposals, and following up with prospects.

  • Project management for key business development initiativesCultivate and Nurture Client Relationships and ensure weekly/monthly meetings and reports are completed with Raving Fan service.

  • Support and execute marketing projects such as email newsletter, special projects and more.

  • Ad hoc support as writer to draft Press Releases, Media Outreach, Pitches, and more under direction and mentorship of Publicist(s).

  • Attend Client Meetings Virtually As-NeededSupport CEO with other core business tasks such as project management, resource management, and other confidential projects.

  • Support CEO and President with some executive assistant tasks


  • Secret Shopper market research

  • Biz development: support our major initiatives Networking, Referral Program and Lead Nurturing Program.

  • Client, Prospect and Referral nurture programs (Including: write coppy, proof creative, and provide project management support as we develop and implement this new program).

  • Core PR & Media Services: under mentorship & guidance from our executive team, provide support executing core PR services for our clients.

  • Development of marketing assets such as copy/images for website, landing pages, emails and other agency marketing materials.

  • Reporting and Decks, Including QBRs, proposals and others as needed.



BA Degree in PR, Communications, Journalism or similar relevant field or equivalent experience. 


  • 4+ years providing world-class service in a client-facing role.

  • 2+ years experience in project management, executive assistant or related role.

  • Required: Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, ClickUp.

  • Desired: Experience using HARO, Cision, GoHighLevel, FB Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Wix, Email newsletters, Event management.

  • Media Agency Experience a plus!


  • Passion and a interest in the PR & media industry.

  • Passion for stories and the power of language.

  • Personable and thoughtful demeanor.

  • Must be a strategic thinker who is a strong team player and willing to take responsibility for project oversight.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Superb written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

  • Must demonstrate ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with members of the media and clients.

  • Must have ability to pay close attention to detail, execute tasks in timely manner, and provide excellent reporting to agency and client.
